ULMUS by Roly: sporty safety footwear with ESD certification

The ULMUS safety shoes by Roly, part of the professional Roly WRK line, go for a sporty look rarely seen in workwear: a lightweight silhouette, reflective details and breathable construction designed for full shifts spent on your feet or on the move. In terms of design, the upper combines tatín textile with technical microfiber, delivering lightness without sacrificing the durability expected of a safety shoe. The lace-up closure lets you adjust the fit to each foot, while the heel reinforcement stabilises every step. Active protection rests on two key components: a fibreglass toe cap that absorbs impacts of up to 200 joules and a 3 mm puncture-resistant midsole made of interwoven PS fibres, designed to stop sharp objects from penetrating. The package is completed by a dual-density polyurethane sole that provides grip and cushioning on demanding surfaces.

The main composition is 100% polyester, a material that helps wick away moisture and keeps the foot dry throughout the shift. This breathable behaviour is backed by manufacturer-certified features: hydrophobic treatment, hydrocarbon resistance, slip resistance, heel energy absorption capacity and ESD antistatic properties, all associated with its S3S protection level.
