Roly KALOX sublimation socks: a technical base for merchandising projects

The Roly KALOX model is a specific solution for textile customisation through sublimation. Designed with a mid-calf height, these socks offer an ideal surface for full-colour design transfers, making them a frequent choice for promotional campaigns, corporate uniforms, and sporting events.

In terms of construction, the design features a ribbed elastic that provides support without compromising comfort. One of the most distinctive features of this garment is the inclusion of a contrasting black toe and heel against the white background, a detail that defines the print areas and provides a differentiated aesthetic finish.

The KALOX is made of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. This ratio guarantees high colour fastness during the sublimation process, while the elastane gives the sock the flexibility needed to adapt to the shape of the foot. The fabric weight and structure are designed to facilitate the absorption of sublimation ink, achieving high-definition results. This composition remains uniform in its only available colour variant: white.

As a garment expressly designed for sublimation decoration, its main applications focus on sports merchandising, club identity, and the creation of promotional packs. Being a unisex item, available in sizes 36/39, 40/42, and 43/46, it simplifies inventory management in uniformity campaigns looking to include a cohesive accessory to match the rest of the customised apparel.
