Roly DAILY HV Work Trousers: high visibility for hazardous environments

The Roly DAILY HV work trousers are designed for workplaces where high visibility is an essential requirement. This multi-pocket trouser model combines everyday functionality with the certified protection needed for the construction, logistics, mining, or road maintenance sectors. Its design meets the demands of professionals who need to carry tools or small items while remaining visible in low-light conditions.

In terms of construction and design, the DAILY HV features a back elasticated waistband and two darts below the front belt loops that facilitate the fit. It has two front pockets, a right back pocket with flap and velcro closure, and two side cargo pockets, also with flap and velcro closure. To increase durability in high-friction areas, the trousers feature a reinforced crotch, reinforced knees, and a back reinforcement patch. Visibility is achieved through two reflective tapes located on the legs, maintaining the outer Roly WRK labelling. The manufacturer indicates that the garment maintains its reflective properties for 25 wash cycles.

The composition of these work trousers is 65% polyester and 35% cotton, made from a 240 g/m² twill fabric. This weight provides a balance between mechanical strength and breathability, with no material variations depending on the chosen colour (black, grey, or navy).

For textile personalisation, the twill fabric and the reflective tape-free surfaces allow for embroidery or transfer techniques in areas such as the back pocket or the bottom of the legs. This model is suitable for standardising site crews, emergency teams, warehouse operators, and occupational risk prevention services, covering sizes from 38 to 60.
