Flame-resistant RANGER work trousers: certified protection for high-risk environments

Designed to perform in extreme conditions, the RANGER trousers by Roly provide an effective barrier against heat, flames, and the thermal hazards of an electric arc. Their design makes them ideal for welding and related processes, where professional safety is paramount. These flame-resistant trousers offer functional gear built to withstand daily demands in industrial sectors.

The construction of this model prioritises durability and freedom of movement. It features a back elasticated waistband for an easy fit, while the front closure consists of a concealed zip and snap button. The metal accessories are anti-rust, helping to maintain the garment's integrity over time. For storage, it includes two side seam pockets and a back yoke with two velcro-fastened flap pockets. The flame-resistant symbols are printed on the right back pocket flap as a visual indicator of its category.

The fabric used is a 360 g/m² twill, made of 98% cotton and 2% carbon fibre. This composition provides antistatic properties, complementing the thermal protection. The navy blue version maintains these exact specifications. It is worth noting that the manufacturer sets a limit of 50 wash cycles to guarantee the maintenance of its protective properties.

The protection of these trousers is backed by CE certification in accordance with multiple European standards: EN ISO 13688:2013/A1:2021, EN ISO 11611:2015 (A1 + A2, Class 1), EN ISO 11612:2015 (A1 + A2, B1, C1, E3, F1), EN 1149-5:2018 and EN 61482-2:2020 (APC = 1). These approvals make them suitable for outfitting workforces in heavy industry, steelworks, electrical maintenance, industrial welding, and any field requiring high-protection workwear against thermal and electrical hazards.
