3. Purchase process and conclusion of the contract
- Request: the customer requests a quote through the website, email, telephone or contact form.
- Quote: Xtampa issues a detailed quote with prices, deadlines and conditions.
- Confirmation: the customer confirms via the website or email and sends proof of payment (except for PayPal/Stripe).
- Details: the customer provides tax details, delivery address and contact telephone number.
- Artwork: the customer sends files and printing instructions.
- Digital proof: Xtampa confirms stock with suppliers and sends a digital proof for validation.
- Check the goods on receipt and report any issues as soon as possible. The 48-hour period used to facilitate logistics does not limit statutory consumer rights or the rights of professional customers.
- Production and dispatch: production begins, goods are shipped and a PDF invoice is sent by email.
Conclusion of the contract: the contract is deemed concluded upon payment (or first instalment), approval of the artwork proof and confirmation of supplier stock.
