2. Subject matter of the contract
2.1. Goods
We work with recognised brands and suppliers in the promotional textile sector. Garments may exceptionally show variations in shade, sizing, stitching or minor imperfections inherent to promotional textile manufacturing, which do not constitute a defect.
Manufacturing tolerance: weight, composition and measurements may vary by approximately 5–7% from the manufacturer's specifications.
2.2. Customisation services
These include, among others: textile screen printing, direct-to-garment digital printing (DTG), embroidery, cut vinyl, transfers, textile labels, advertising banners and graphic design/layout.
2.3. Business model
Important: Xtampa does not operate a physical shop or hold permanent stock. Orders are produced on demand (make-to-order) except for occasional offers with limited stock. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by both parties.
