16. Intellectual property
Website content: the texts, images, logos, designs and other content on the website are the property of Xtampa or third-party licensors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Customer designs: the customer retains ownership of the designs they provide. Xtampa will use them exclusively for the execution of the order. By submitting a design, the customer declares to hold the necessary rights and assumes all liability for third-party claims for intellectual or industrial property infringement.
Proofs and mockups: digital proofs created by Xtampa for the order are the property of Xtampa and are licensed to the customer solely for validation of the contracted work.
