4. Payment terms

4.1. Payment methods

• Bank transfer (recommended method):

• Card, PayPal, Sofort or Stripe (where available): the applicable conditions and costs will be shown before the order is confirmed. No surcharge prohibited by payment-services legislation will be charged to consumers.

4.2. Terms by order value

• Under €300 net: 100% advance payment.
• Between €300 and €1,500 net: 50% upon confirmation, 50% before dispatch.
• Over €1,500 net: negotiable terms (usually 50% / 50%).

4.3. Non-payment and late payment

Late payment entitles Xtampa to suspend production or withhold shipment until the situation is regularised. For professional customers (B2B), the default interest provided for in Law 3/2004 (ECB rate + 8 percentage points) and the €40 compensation for recovery costs (art. 8) shall apply. For consumers, the applicable regulations shall govern.
