Roly ROCK safety footwear: S7L protection for demanding work environments

Designed to withstand the harshest workplace conditions, the Roly ROCK safety footwear stands out with its CE certification under the EN ISO 20345:2022 S7L standard. This waterproof model integrates multiple safety features into a single garment, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution for sectors where foot protection is a priority.

The construction of the ROCK safety shoe combines a lace-up fastening with specific reinforcement in the toe cap and heel area. The textile upper is made of leather with a microfibre coating, providing an effective barrier against moisture without compromising flexibility of movement.

In terms of composition, the exterior is complemented by mesh fabric to promote breathability. The interior features a 3 mm thick anti-perforation insole made of interwoven PS textile fibres, while the base is structured on a PU/LINXFON sole with a FOAM insert that facilitates energy absorption in the heel. Impact protection is covered by a fibreglass toe cap certified for 200 joules.

Technical properties include hydrocarbon resistance (FO), slip resistance (SR), and antistatic properties (ESD). Additionally, the sole guarantees thermal insulation against heat (HI), stair grip (LG), and an SC (Scuff Cap) toe cap that increases durability in the frequent impact area.
